Prologue
Hello, my name is Peter Stoychev and I’m a strength trainer and online coaching specialist from Bulgaria. I’m a Minimalist and I seek simplicity and efficiency in everything I do. This training philosophy is the result of nearly 30 years of constant physical training and experimentation with a number of sports.
Credit goes to legends in the field of strength training like Pavel Tsatsouline, Ivan Abadjiev, Andy Bolton, Dorian Yates and others, for their great books and teachings on the topic. Reading and learning from the best in the field is a passion of mine and the journey is never over. Seeking knowledge and mastery is a never-ending quest.
I have 10+ years of experience as an international model. This is a lifestyle that requires you to maintan your health, look and physique as best you can all the time. It has contributed significantly to my understanding of how to achieve a balanced lifestyle.
I specialize in online coaching of the technique and principles of kettlebell, barbell and bodyweight training. I’m commited to helping people become strong and enhance their lifestyle in a simple way.

Principles
Mastering the fundamentals with bodyweight, kettlebell and barbell, plus stretching.

Health
Energy, vitality and emotional resilience.

Strength
Enhance quality of life and sports performance.

Simplicity
Master the basics, avoid unnecessary complexity.

Efficiency

System
This training system combines three types of strength practice in one integrated whole in order to achieve best results for healthy, strong and athletic body.
The modalities are bodyweight, barbell and kettlebell.
Bodyweight
Strengthening of the muscluloskeletal system, body awareness and coordination.
Barbell
Building raw strength and learning fundamental movement patterns.
Kettlebell
Building power, endurance and athletic ability.

Following a program that combines these variables creatively, leads to enhancement of strength, endurance and athletic ability, simultaneously.
Building a solid foundation takes time and attention to detail, technique and breathing. Mastering the basics and becoming strong is a long process and it’s important to simplify things and be consistent.
Varying and changing too much or too often the exercises and/or the program actually produces the opposite effect. The body/organism adapts to a specific stimulus, which is applied for the duration of one training cycle.

Testimonials
Just wanted to say a huge thanks! Peter helped me build a solid fitness foundation - those training tips and mindset shifts were game-changing. Also, shoutout for hooking me up with that amazing barber (seriously, best haircut ever!). He made my time in Bulgaria not just productive, but genuinely fun. Appreciate his passion, patience, professionalism and going the extra mile. Stay awesome!
Peter's training sessions are systematic, aligned with my goals, acknowledging my body's specific needs and demands and my current level of physical preparedness. Training three times per week for two years built strength and balance, shaped my body, improved my breathing and my heart rate and incresed my bone density. I'm grateful for his attention to detail - taking the time to coach me to perform every exercise right, so that it's effective and safe.
I've only been training with Peter for three months, but my progress is noticeable every single week. It was tough at the beginning, but Peter manages to create a very effective and personalized training plan that makes you feel comfortable.
I trained with Peter for a year and a half and for that time I witnessed my own transformation. When I started training with him I was scared I wouldn't be able to do this, I lacked confidence due to my weight and body shape at the time. With Peter I managed to overcome my fears, I started feeling good in my body and looking forward to my next workout. Results didn't take long. After two months of training my physique visibly started changing. I was getting fitter, more energized and toned. The weight started going down and my body was looking better. He was managing the exercises and weight I was using and slowly increasing the resistance to the point where I was doing exercises and lifting weights I didn't think possible before. I'm very grateful to Peter, not only for his commitment and professional approach, but also for his attitude and motivating me to be active, to workout and feel great in my own skin.
I started working with Peter a few months ago and I strongly recommend him. Every session is packed with energy, motivation and just the right amount of challenge. I didn't usually enjoy working out so much, but he makes it fun and effective. The progress I've seen in my strength, endurance and mindset is incredible. He doesn't just push and encourage you, but he also celebrates every win with you. Thanks Peter!
Top-Tier Personal Training with Peter!
I've trained with Peter since October 2020 - longer than any other trainer. His tailored, no-nonsense approach goes beyond muscle building, improving strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and cardio. Peter’s attention to detail and structured programs deliver real results. Every session is efficient, challenging, and rewarding. The training environment is focused yet motivating. If you want a committed, skilled trainer who gets results, Peter is the one. Highly recommended.
I have now been training with Peter for over 3 years and I can say it turned my life around, not just physicaly but mostly mental. Training is always tough and there will always be times where it get's uncomfortable, but with Peter you know someone watches over you and gives you the push to take the extra step."

Tim GroverFrequently asked questions
We understand that starting a new fitness journey comes with many questions. To help you make informed decisions, we’ve compiled answers to some of the most common inquiries about our training approach, online coaching, and strength development. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out – we’re happy to assist you!

Yes, definitely. Due to the pandemic there was a major shift in the way many people go about their work and health. Working and training at home has now become the norm for many. More than ever before people are now choosing the home-based approach for a multitude of benefits: efficiency, simplicity, no time spent in traffic, no excessive noise and weird looks from the crowd in a commercial gym setting, especially at rush hour. It’s private, discreet and convinient.
It depends on the space you have available. Some people build their own home gym and have more equipment options available.
Others choose the minimalist approach, which is also more budget-friendly. With just a few pieces of equipment you can get an amazing session in and maximize whatever space you have available.
Simple, inexpensive solutions for a home gym are:
- Two Kettlebells
- Wall-mounted Pull-up Bar
- Resistance band
- Barbell with a couple of pairs of plates
- Veighted vest
- Jumping rope
This is an extensive list. You don't need all that to start.
No. The Squat, when performed correctly, strengthens the whole lower body apparatus: bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints. There is also fine-tuning of the signalling of the nervous system and that's essential in generating high levels of force.
The trainee needs to take the time to learn the proper Squat movement and utilize a step-by-step, patient approach to progress. Strength training is supposed to make you Strong and Healthy, not break you.
No. Similar to the Squat explanation, here too, we have to focus on proper lifting form and be patient, so that your whole apparatus adapts to the resistance progressively without rushing. The body has its own rhythm and tempo, we can't force it to perform when it isn't properly prepared.
A good idea is to practice another exercise to strengthen the lower back additionally and allow you to lift heavier in the Deadlift. For example: Kettlebell Swing, Good Morning, Back extension.
I provide instructional, exercise perormance videos which help the clients understand the movement, then explain everything in more detail after that and guide them on their path to polishing the technique, becoming proficient and strong in the process.
Virtual sessions are a very effective and simple method to achieve optimal fitness from the convinience of your home, while receiving 100% personal attention and instruction. All that is needed is minimalist equipment, a good camera and the drive to improve!
Epilogue
I firmly believe the training process can be much simpler and more efficient when the emphasis is on the essentials, technique and a specific training approach, which developes athleticism, health and strength in a simple, minimalist way, without focusing too much on new high-tech equipment, exercise machines, innovations and new trends in the industry.
The “old”, vintage, tried and tested methods, continue to be as effective as they’ve ever been and it’s not necessary to purposely complicate the process. Nothing beats simplicity.
Most people have a few relatively simple desires, to be healthy, to feel good in their own body and skin and to be confident with their reflection in the mirror. This can be achieved with minimalist training design, focused on a select few movements, which are to be performed with perfect form in training cycles.
This is a sport method adapted to people who aren’t pro athletes. It’s a highly effective way to transform your physique, enhance performance and boost quality of life!
Stay Strong!
